Future vision · concept masterplan
The whole place.
Considered together.
The Origin Site created the knowledge. The next Jurassic Park applies it from day one.

The bridge between generations
Carry the lessons forward.
The future community is intended for the Los Puentes / Cosón hillside area. Its peaceful, elevated setting is a design direction—not a claim that a greenfield site has been acquired.
- Origin SiteBuild, live with the decisions, and learn.
- Product familiesModel Villa, compact homes and phased private residences.
- Next generationDesign the homes, services and landscape together.
The Model Villa and Villa 456-type homes belong in future imagery because their design thinking comes from real work at the Origin Site. Existing buildings remain part of that first site; the future images show how related product families could be developed in a new, integrated setting.
Understand the original development platformThree zones · future concept
Different ways to belong.
Lower Community ZoneSmaller homes and entry-level opportunities.
The lower zone explores smaller homes within a more community-oriented part of the future plan. Compact-home thinking gives this area its starting point: a permanent first home with daily functions considered carefully, rather than a smaller version of every feature of a large villa.
Shared elements, arrival and connections between homes need to be designed together. The concept explores those relationships; the illustrated buildings, pools, gates and amenities are not a record of completed work.
Explore the compact-home starting pointMid Residence ZoneLarger growing homes within the landscape.
The middle zone is intended for larger residences on larger plots, surrounded by nature. Here the growing-home principle can guide a more generous home while keeping later needs in view. The relationship between buildings, outdoor space and privacy matters as much as the individual floor plan.
Roads and utilities should support the long-term layout from the beginning. Plot arrangements, building forms and future expansion would be developed through site-specific design and approvals, rather than assumed from an attractive overview.
Understand planned growthUpper Private Villa ZonePrivacy, elevation and a more ambitious residence.
The upper-zone concept brings premium private-villa thinking into the overall plan. Villa 456 is an example of the scale and phased-residence ambition that informs this family of homes. Its real structural starting point is at the Origin Site, not on an announced new greenfield site.
The future zone is intended to combine stronger views and privacy with well-planned access and services. No illustrated building establishes a current plot entitlement or approved construction. The design must respond to the actual land and technical review.

Nature on the surface.
Intelligence underneath.

Illustrative next-generation concepts. No acquired greenfield site or built amenities are implied. Future development depends on land, feasibility, funding, engineering and approvals.
The community heart
A future shared setting should feel like part of the landscape. The community concept explores how paths, homes and places to meet can relate to one another while retaining the quieter character that draws people to the hills.
This is a design intention. The illustrated buildings, landscape and amenities are future concepts.
Current chapter
Complete the first Jurassic Park.
The present opportunity is real: completed homes, usable studios, unfinished work and infrastructure, alongside selected client projects.
Read the visual key
- Entrance / Camino and water tank
- 7A / 7B — distinct plots
- Lot 1 / Tree House — approximate anchor
- Lot 6 / four round buildings
- Lot 3 / Model Villa and approximate parking
- Lot 4 / six cabins, pool and partly ruined / roofed upper structure
The direction of travel
Learning takes time.
Experience changes what comes next.
About 18 years to learn it.
The next chapter should move faster.
Model Villa and compact-home development mark the shift from experimentation toward repeatable execution.
PROVE and REFINE established the practical starting point. COMPLETE is the current stage. SCALE applies that knowledge to a future whole-site plan; REPLICATE remains the longer-term ambition if that next model works. Neither is a fixed delivery promise.
